目的：观察不同Borrmann分型胃癌组织中血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）-C的表达水平，探讨VEGF-C的表达水平与胃癌Borrmann分型之间的关系及意义。方法将178例胃癌标本按照Borrmann分型分为4组，采用免疫组织化学染色检测4组胃癌组织中VEGF-C的表达。结果①VEGF-C在胃癌组织和癌旁正常组织中的阳性表达率分别为92.1％和11.8％（χ2＝59.849，P＜0.01）；②VEGF-C在胃癌组织中的表达水平与患者性别（P＝0.816）、年龄（P＝0.925）、肿瘤大小（P＝0.834）无关，与肿瘤的浸润深度（P＝0.026）、病理分级（P＝0.003）、有无淋巴转移（P＝0.002）和远处转移（P＝0.015）有关系；③VEGF-C在BorrmannⅣ型、Ⅲ型、Ⅱ型、Ⅰ型中的表达水平逐渐降低，且差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 VEGF-C的表达与胃癌的Borrmann分型密切关系，在临床中可以作为评估患者病情，判断患者胃癌恶性程度的重要评估指标。%Objective To determine the expression levels of VEGF-C in gastric carcinoma of different Bor-rmann types, and to investigate the correlation between the VEGF-C expression level and gastric carcinoma of Bor-rmann types and its significance. Methods A total of 178 gastric cancer specimens were divided into 4 types accord-ing to the Borrmann types. The expression of VEGF-C in the four groups of gastric cancer specimens were determined by immunohistochemical staining. Results ①The positive expression rate of VEGF-C in the gastric cancer tissues and the adjacent normal tissues were 92.1% and 11.8%, respectively ( χ2=59.849,P<0.01); ②The expression level of VEGF-C in the gastric tissus was not correlated with the gender (P=0.816), age (P=0.925) and tumor size (P=0.834) of patients, whereas correlated with the depth of tumor invasion (P=0.026), pathological grade (P=0.003), lymph node metastasis (P=0.002) and distant metastasis (P=0.015); ③The expression levels of VEGF-C in Borrmann types Ⅳ, Ⅲ,Ⅱ, andⅠwere gradually decreased, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05). Conclusion VEGF-C expression is closely related to gastric cancer of Borrmann types. It can be used as an important index in the clinical assessment of patient′s condition and malignancy of gastric cancer.
