THE SYNTHESIS OF A-B BLOCK COPOLYMER OF STYRENE WITH β-CHLORO ETHYL GLYCIDYLETHER BY ONE STEP METHOD

摘要

The A-B block copolymer of β-chloroethyl glycidyl ether with styrene can be got by the easy method of one-step polymerization. The structure of A-B block copolymer was confirmed by the elementary analysis, turbidity titration, molecular weight measurement, IR-spectra, 13C-NMR, 1H-NMR and DTA investigation of the products. Also , the effects of solvents, reaction time and temperature on the composition, and yield of copolymer have been studied.
