应用前列腺素和阴道海绵栓促进绵羊同期发情的试验

摘要

The cloprostenol and the vaginal sponge plug were used to conduct the experiment of synchronous estrus in 280 breeding ewes.The results showed that the rate of synchronous estrus was 91.88% in the ewes with Vaginal sponge plug and was 98.33% in the ewes with cloprostenol which increased by 6.45% than that in the ewes with vaginal sponge plug.The interestrus conception rate was 77.85% in the ewes with vaginal sponge plug and was 62.56% in the ewes with cloprostenol.The interestrus conception rate in the ewes with vaginal sponge increased by 15.29% than that in the ewes with cloprostenol（P0.01）.%应用氯前列醇和阴道海绵栓对280只繁殖母羊进行同期发情试验。结果表明：用阴道海绵栓试验的母羊的同期发情率为91.88%,用氯前列醇试验的母羊同期发情率98.33%,同期发情率较阴道海绵栓绵羊提高6.45%。用阴道海绵栓试验的母羊的情期受胎率为77.85%,用氯前列醇试验的母羊的情期受胎率为62.56%,两者相比,用阴道海绵栓处理的母羊情期受胎率比用氯前列醇处理的母羊受胎率提高了15.29%（P〈0.01）。
