目的 建立清醒状态下自由活动小鼠颅内脑电图的描记方法,并比较热性惊厥前后脑电图的改变.方法 应用脑立体定位仪将电极植入小鼠海马,连接到RM6240BD生物信号采集处理系统,分别描记清醒自由活动状态、惊厥发作时和青霉素诱导癫痫发作时的小鼠脑电活动.结果 植入电极后,记录的脑电活动比较稳定,减少活动对脑电记录的影响;不同状态下的小鼠脑电活动呈现明显的差异,跟行为学观察的结果具有同步性.结论 植入电极描记清醒状态下小鼠颅内脑电图更稳定、可靠,可作为研究药物等其他处理因素时描记脑电图的模型.%Aim To establish intracranial EEG recording methods on freely moving mic:e, and identify the EEG pattern of febrile seizure mice model. Methods All mice were chronically implanted with EEG recording electrodes into the hippocampus under stereotaxic apparatus. EEG signal is collected hy RM6240BD biological signal acquisition and processing system.EEG of freely moving mice under fehrile seizures and penicillininduced epilepsy were recorded. Results With the modified protocol for implantation of electrodes. stable EEG tracings c:ould be acquired easily. EEC. in mice under seizure conditions showed significant differences compared with control mice. consistent with the hehavior changes. Conclusion Intracranial EEG recording on freely moving mice with implanted electrode is stable and reliahle for further study on drug development.
