2012-2013年天津市眼科医院门诊眼用制剂用药分析

摘要

Objective:To investigate the application of ophthalmic preparations in outpatients,so as to provide reference for development of ophthalmic preparations and management of hospital drug purchase as well as rational clinical drug use.Methods: The statistical data of ophthalmic preparations for outpatients in 2012 and 2013 were acquired from PASS clinical pharmacy management system in our hospital and were summarized by drug sources, varieties, classification, application amount and sales sum.Results andConclusion: The application amount and sales sum of ophthalmic preparations both increased in the year 2012 and 2013. Anti-dry eye medicines and corneal nutrition medicines, anti-glaucoma and anti-infection drugs were the mainly used medicines. The application amount of imported drugs and domestic drugs was close to each other, but the sales sum of imported drug was higher.Measures should be taken to further exert the role of domestic ophthalmic preparations in ophthalmopathy.%目的：了解医院门诊眼用制剂的应用情况，为眼用制剂研发及医院制剂订购管理和临床合理用药等提供参考。方法：通过医院PASS临床药学管理系统对我院2012-2013年门诊眼用制剂按照药品来源、品种、分类、使用数量及销售金额等指标进行归类统计和分析。结果与结论：2012年、2013年我院门诊眼用制剂用药数量及销售金额均有增长，抗干眼症及角膜营养药、抗青光眼类和抗感染类药物是我院眼科门诊的主要用药，进口药和国产药临床使用数量接近，但进口药销售金额比例占优势。应采取措施进一步发挥国产眼用制剂在眼病治疗中的作用。
