细节管理在小儿腹泻护理工作的应用

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of detail management in the nursing of pediatric diarrhea, and to observe the effect of detail management to improve the level of pediatric nursing.Methods A total of 200 hospitalized children with diarrhea were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given routine nursing care plus detail management;observe the number of nursing dispute or nursing errors and degree of satisfaction.Re-sults The observation group had disputes or nursing errors,while the control group had nursing disputes or nursing errors in 5 cases,the difference between the two groups being statistically significant(P <0.05).The questionnaire survey showed that the satisfaction degree of the observation group was 99%,and that of the control group was 91%,the difference being statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion In the nursing care of children with diarrhea,the detail management can improve the satisfaction of children and family members reduce the number of nursing disputes and the incidence of nursing errors.%目的：观察细节管理在小儿腹泻护理中的作用、效果，以提高儿科护理水平。方法随机选取腹泻住院患儿200例，随机分为观察组和对照组各100例。对照组进行常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上加入细节管理，观察两组发生护理纠纷或护理差错及满意度的情况。结果观察组未发生护理纠纷或护理差错，对照组发生护理纠纷或护理差错5例，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。调查问卷显示，观察组患儿满意度为99.0%(99/100)，对照组满意度为91.0%(91/100)，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在腹泻患儿的护理中加入细节管理，可提高患儿和家属对护理人员的满意度，降低护理纠纷、护理差错的发生率。
