美国俄勒冈健康与科学大学医院疼痛护理管理介绍及启示

摘要

In this paper, we introduced the pain management nursing in Oregon Health and Science University Hospital from the goal of pain control, pain assessment, safe pain management and on-the-job training. Our country's hospital can utilize foreign hospital's experiences to establish and improve the nursing standard of pain assessment, safe management, medical order execution, on-the-job training and so on, which can provide references for improving the quality of hospital pain management and nursing service.%本文从疼痛控制目标、疼痛评估、安全化疼痛管理、疼痛护理在职培训等方面介绍了美国俄勒冈健康与科学大学医院的疼痛管理现状.我国医院可借鉴该医院较为完善的疼痛管理体系,建立健全疼痛护理评估、安全管理、医嘱执行、在职培训等方面的护理规范,为提高医院疼痛管理质量,提升护理服务质量提供参考.
