养老院老年女性对尿失禁认知情况的调查研究

摘要

目的:了解养老院老年女性对尿失禁的认知情况.方法:采用横断面调查研究方法,便利选取北京市两家养老院120位老年女性为研究对象,采用国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷表简表(ICI-Q-SF)、尿失禁知识量表对调查对象进行现场的调查.结果:养老院老年女性尿失禁的发生率为40.54%,尿失禁相关知识的平均得分为3.77士2.86.结论:养老院老年女性尿失禁的发生率高且缺乏对尿失禁的认知,因此护理人员应该积极发挥其在尿失禁治疗和预防方面的作用,借鉴国外养老院对老年尿失禁患者的管理经验,探讨适合我国养老院的尿失禁管理方法,以提高养老院老年人的生活质量.%Objectives: To investigate old females' knowledge and attitudes on urinary incontinence (UI) in nursing home. Methods: It was a cross sectional survey. Totally 120 old females from two nursing homes were investigated by International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire Short form (ICI-Q-SF) and urinary incontinence knowledge scale. Results: One hundred and eleven women returned the questionnaires, providing a response rate of 92.5％. Prevalence of UI was 40.54％.The average knowledge score of UI was 3.77±2.86.Conclusion:Nurses should actively involve in prevention and treatment of UI in nursing home.We should explore appropriate UI management method to improve life quality of old females in nursing home by learning from other units of foreign countries.
