Objective: To explore the needs and trust for local basic level hospitals among kidney tranplant recipients in our province, to develop hospital-commnunity integration model, and provide reference for making full use of basic level medical resources. Methods: One hundred and eight kidney transplant recipients in rehabilitation period were interviewed by questionnaires by random sampling methods. Results: Only 38.89% recipients were willing to diagnose and treat their common complications in basic level hospitals because of trust absence. If transplant center could provide training and guidance, this proportation would increase from 38.89% to 64.82%. Conclusion: If we could establish hospital-community integration model, we could enhence recipients trust to basic level hospitals, make full use of local medical resources, and improve the nonlocal recipients' quality of life.%目的:了解肾移植受者对基层医院的医疗需求及其信任度,为在移植中心运行医院—社区一体化模式,充分利用基层医疗资源提供参考.方法:采用随机抽样,对108名康复期肾移植病人进行问卷调查.结果:由于缺乏信任等原因只有38.89％的被调查者愿意到基层医院诊治常见并发症;如果基层医院接受该省级移植中心的培训与指导,这一比例将由38.89％提高到64.82％.结论:如果建立专科—社区整合医疗模式,则能提高肾移植病人对当地医院的信任度,不仅能充分利用起当地的医疗资源,更有助于提高其地域肾移植病人的生活质量.
