ICU护士照顾谵妄患者的经验与顾虑

摘要

目的:了解ICU护士护理谵妄患者的体验,为临床实际工作中优化对谵妄患者的护理奠定基础.方法:采用质性研究中现象学研究方法,对某三级甲等医院的11名临床ICU护士进行一对一的半结构式深入访谈,并用内容分析方法进行资料分析.结果:采用类属分析法升华出3个关于ICU护士护理谵妄患者感受的主要概念,包括预防措施、干预经验、实施保护性约束的顾虑.结论:ICU护士在照顾谵妄患者的过程中,顾虑与经验并存,须更充分地分享经验,解决问题,优化护理的理念和方法,提高护理质量.%Objective:To explore the experiences of caring ICU delirium patients by ICU nurses.Method:A qualitative research was conducted on 11 ICU nurses by in-depth interview.All interviews were recorded and noted.Data were analyzed according to the Colaizzi's phenomenological procedure.Results:The understanding could be classified into 3 themes,including protective interventions,effective actions,and worries about protective constraint.Conclusions:It is suggested to pay more attention to the low-level understanding of ICU delirium patients by ICU nurses,who are the gatekeeper of the ICU patients' health and safety,and are able to detect the delirium first.
