医养结合视角下养老护理员培训相关研究进展

摘要

With the increasing trend of aging in China, the combination of medical and endowment model has gradually become the inevitable choice for China's endowment industry. At present, in our country the nursing human resource quality does not match the combination of medical and endowment model which put forward 3 new demands of occuptional care skills and related knowledge, keen attention to the elderly mental health, and a high degree of occupational identiifcation. Learning from the developed countries experience of training endowment care workers, China should establish a endowment care worker training system from riching training content, establishing hierarchical training system, cultivating occupational identiifcation and establishing macro endowment care workers training plan, in order to improve the comprehensive quality of endowment care workers and to promote the combination of medical and endowment model development.%随着我国老龄化程度不断加剧，医养结合养老模式已逐渐成为中国养老产业的必然选择。目前，我国存在着养老护理人力资源质量与医养结合养老模式不匹配的问题，医养结合对养老护理员提出了护理技能专业化、关注老年人心理健康及高度的职业认同感三个要求。借鉴发达国家针对养老护理员的培训经验，我国应健全养老护理员培训体系，从丰富培训内容、分层培训养老护理员、培养养老护理员职业认同感和建立宏观养老护理员培训规划几个方面，提升养老护理员综合素质，促进医养结合养老模式发展。
