@@ I NSULINOMA is the most common cause of hvoogivcemia.Altnouan it is a rare disease,tnere has been a sionincant progress in its aiaonosis along with the technology development.A set of diagnostic criteria for insulinoma has been internationally recognized,consisting of qualitative diagnosis and level diagnosis,the former one of which means the patients have to demonstrate hypoglycemia and hyperinsulinemia at the same time.1 For determination of the location of insulinoma,several new methods have been developed including ultrasonic endoscope,somatostatin receptor scintigraphy,and pancreas perfusion CT.
