目的 探讨妇科病人在手术室期间的隐私保护需求,为手术室提高隐私保护服务提供参考.方法 采用自行设计的“妇科病人在手术室期间对隐私保护需求”的调查问卷对208例术前病人进行调查研究.结果 手术过程保护需求占首位,其次为病情病史的保护需求,针对手术委托人的保护需求较低,对避免单独与异性医务人员的需求低.结论 手术病人对隐私均有一定认识,手术室护士应增强保护病人隐私的意识,将病人手术过程、病情病史、隐私部位作为保护重点,减少医疗纠纷,构建和谐医患关系.%Objective: To explore gynecological patients'demand for privacy protection during operation rooms so as to provide a reference for improving the privacy protection service in operarion rooms. Methods: A self - designed questionnaire "gynecological patients'demand for privacy protection during operation rooms" was adopted a-mong 282 gynecological patients prior their operations. Results: privacy protection during the operations takes up to be their first concern, while privacy protection for medical history listed to be the second, and the next two concerns are privacy protection for patients'surgery consignors and avoidance of staying with male medical staff alone , respectively. Conclusions: Patients have certain recognition for privacy protection during operations. Nurses of operation rooms should strengthen their consciouness of protecting patients'privacy, take the operational process, patients'conditions and medical hitories, and patients'private physical regions as die key points of protection so as to reduce medical tangle and to construct a harmonious relationship with patients.
