As the base for training advanced military medical professionals, military medical universities hold the task to firmly establish the human -oriented service concept and overally strengthen humanities education,which is also the key to the improvement of educational quality and level. This paper analyzes from different angles the necessity to strengthen humanities education in military medical universities, and suggest the university CPC take concrete procedures, including paying enough attention, establishing coresponding institutions, guaranteeing enoough class hours, diversifying class setting, building the academic atmosphere of humanistic quality, highlighting the role and function of the research on humanities education, and building humanistic environment in social practice and universities.%作为培养我军高级医务工作者的基地,牢固树立"以人为本"的服务理念和服务意识,全面强化人文素质教育已成为当今军医大学教育的当务之急,也是从根本上提升培养质量和培养水平的关键所在.通过从不同角度分析军医大学加强人文素质教育的必要性,提出从学校党委要充分重视、建立相应的机构设施、教学课时进一步保障、课程设置要突出多样化、大力营造人文素质学术环境,突出人文素质教育课题研究的地位和作用、在社会与工作实践中培养人文需要、努力营造和谐健康的校园人文环境等方面加强军医大学人文素质教育工作的建议.
