核医学信息系统的设计与集成

     

摘要

Objective To solve the problems of nuclear medicine examination process discontinuous and information isolated island. Methods Based on the requirements of nuclear medicine system, a novel system integrated infrastructure was designed. We paid more attention to reconstruct the workflow of nuclear medicine department, to analyze the data process of images and reports, to describe the road map of integrated with HIS, PACS and so on. What's more, many standards and technologies were applied to the construction of this novel system, including DICOM-based data processing, PET/CT images 3D integrating & reconstructing, digital voice recording & dictating, radioactive drugs dose measuring. Reeulte The new system was successfully applied in nuclear medicine department for about 30 months and got satisfactory results. Conclusion Application of the system improves the work efficiency and optimizes examination process. So, the novel system enjoys wide popular support.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2011,32(10):54-55,58]%目的:解决核医学检查工作流程不顺畅以及核医学系统与医院信息系统(简称HIS)、影像归档传输系统(简称PACS)之间存在的信息孤岛问题.方法:首先详细梳理核医学信息系统的建设需求,围绕科室业务流程优化、影像数据处理,以及与HIS、PACS的集成等重点问题设计了核医学信息系统的体系结构.然后,通过应用基于DICOM的影像数据处理,PET/CT图像的三维融合与重建,“语音录入&听写”的报告录入模式,以及放射药物剂量的自动计算等多项关键技术实现了该系统.结果:系统至今已在核医学科成功运行近2.5 a时间,取得了良好的应用效果.结论:该系统实现了与HIS、PACS的信息集成,提高了工作效率,优化了检查流程,受到核医学科和临床科室的普遍欢迎.
