磁共振全脊柱成像技术在脊柱疾病中的临床应用

摘要

Objective To study the clinical value of Total spine MR imaging in the diagnosis of spine disease. Methods The MR findings and clinical dale of 42caacs of spine disease which were examined with total spine images were analyzed retrospectively. Results All cases could display the verbal body 、vertebral canal、spinal dura mater and peripheral ligaments of the whole spine. Of all the cases. 14 cases of hernia of interverlebral discs,6 cases of thickening of ligamentum flavum. 5 cases of hydrosyingomydia, 5 cases of spine Metastatic Tumors, the trauma of vertebra 17rases, 2 cases of the tuberculosis of spine and 1 cases of congenital malformation were founded. Conclusion Total spine MR imaging could display the whole spine in one examine .had important value in the exact location of lesions of the whole spine, had wide range of values.[Chinese MedicalEquipment Journal.2011.32(6) :65-66]%目的:研究磁共振全脊柱成像对脊柱病变中的临床价值.方法:搜集42例脊柱病变临床资料,进行全脊柱扫描成像,对MRI图像进行回顾性分析.结果:全部病例均完整显示全段脊柱的椎体、椎管、脊髓及周围韧带等结构.其中,椎间盘突出14例,黄韧带肥厚6例,脊柱外伤9例,脊髓空洞症5例,转移瘤5例,脊柱结核2例,脊柱畸形1例.结论:磁共振全脊柱成像技术可在一次检查过程中显示全段脊柱、脊髓影像,对多发病变的寻找和病变的准确定位具有重要作用,具有广泛的临床应用价值.
