This paper mainly explores the factors of the hospital infection the medical engineers may suffer in daily work by observing and understanding the working condition of the medical engineer. In contrary to the problems and current situation exposed in the daily work of medical engineer, it is necessary to carry out the publicity, education and learning of the health protection to employ the medical engineers learn and master the basic protection measures which is useful to decrease the hospital infection and occupational hazards.
