Objective To solve the problem of information management of emergency observation room. Methods Ward subsystem of emergency observation room was developed by the analysis of current information management of emergency observation room, and with the combination of the entire development level of "No.1 Military Medical Project". This system was composed of the doctor station and the nurse station of emergency ohservation room. Results The system obtained a favorahle application effect in practice.
