Objective To obtain the patients' information, include the basic information and the projection position from PACS by the equipment. Methods The workflow of DICOM was followed, and the C-FIND-request and C-Find-response message were repackaged. Results Imager could get the modality workLIST from PACS smoothly and accurately. Conclusion The broker is adaptable and flexible, which is very useful in the integration of PACS.%目的:为使设备能从PACS中获取需要投照的患者信息,包括患者的基本信息和投照部位.方法:采用DICOM定义C-FIND过程和修改C-FIND数据包的方法.结果:设备可以顺畅、准确地从PACS中获取患者的相关信息.结论:该方法具有适应性强、配置灵活的特点,减了轻PACS定制的工作强度.
