目的:建立一种DICOM图像处理的程序设计框架,支持DICOM图像的读取、配准、分割、转换和可视化等嵌入联接程序开发.方法:利用C#.NET编程环境集成和嵌入联接的VTK、ITK及GDCM工具,实现三者之间的正逆向数据共享传递与处理.结果:实现了指定DICOM序列号读入冠状动脉CTA数据、中值滤波和体绘制重建.结论:C#.NET编程环境下集成的嵌入联接图像处理工具为DICOM图像研究以及相关的医学图像软件开发提供了一种简洁、安全、高效的程序设计框架.%Objective To establish a wrapped design framework which completely supports registration, segmentation, transformation and visualization for DICOM image process in C#.NET language. Methods VTK.NET, Managed ITK and GDCM were integrated in C#.NET and data flow was checked between them. Results A use case that got data tagged with special series id from id-mixed data set was realized, then median filter and volume rendered it. Conclusion The environment provides a simple, safe and high-performance design framework for DICOM image research and related medical image softwarerndevelopment.
