目的:研制一种使手术缝合针可快速穿针引线的装置.方法:利用镍钛合金的金属记忆原理及柔韧性,把镍钛合金丝制成菱形的引线环,使其穿过针孔后,快速恢复到原状态,把缝合线从针孔带出,完成穿线过程.结果:一次性穿针引线成功率达100％,穿线速度是手工的5～8倍.结论:该装置结构简单、使用及消毒方便,特别适合在野战急救及抢险救灾等光源不足的情况下使用.%Objective To develop a neddlethreader for surgical sewing needle. Methods The NiTi alloy wire was made into diamond ring for threading, which could reinstate immediately after going through the pinhole, then the thread could be drawn through the pinhole. Results One-time success rate was 100%, and the speed for threading was 5 to 8 times of that by manual operation. Conclusion The needlethreader, easy to use and sterilize, can be used in some dark conditions, such as field first aid and disaster relief.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2012,33(6) :32,56]
