骨骼系统PET/CT显像和核医学平面显像对比研究

         

摘要

目的:探讨单光子发射计算机断层(SPECT)骨显像和PET/CT骨显像结果的差异及可能的原因.方法:对2例病例均先后行SPECT骨显像和PET/CT骨显像,并对图像进行对比分析.结果:骨骼对18F-fluoride (PET/CT骨显像剂)和99mTc-MDP(SPECT骨显像剂)的摄取机理类似,均可以反映局部血流量及骨代谢更新的活跃程度,由于18F-fluoride与骨的亲和力强于99mTc-MDP,因此PET/CT图像具有比SPECT更高的系统分辨率和系统灵敏度.结论:PET/CT骨显像灵敏度和分辨率均高于SPECT,但由于其检查费用较高及自身受18F的短半衰期限制,因而其在临床应用受到一定的限制.%Objective To compare the difference between single -photon emission computed tomography(SPECT) bone imaging and positron emission tomography/X -ray computed tomography(PET/CT) bone imaging and find the possible reasons. Methods The two patients underwent SPECT imaging and PET/CT whole-body scan, and the diagnostic sensitivity, accuracy and so forth were compared. Results The bone uptake mechanism of 18F-fluoride(PET/CT bone imaging agent) was similar to that of 99mTc-MDP(SPEC bone imaging agent), both of which could reflect local blood flow and activity level of bone metabolism. 18F-fluoride had higher congeniality with bone compared with 99mTc-MDP, so the resolution and sensitivity of PET/CT image were significantly higher than those of SPECT image. Conclusion The resolution and sensitivity of PET/CT image are significantly higher than those of SPECT image, but its application in clinical is quite limited due to its high expense and short half life of 18F.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2012,33(6) :70-71]
