药品供应商评估模型设计

摘要

Objective To design an evaluation mode to manage the supplier for stable drug supply.Mrthods A calculation formula based on drug categories and purchase period,as well as a scoring mechanism involving drug appearance,invoice,poor sale and etc were realized for the design of single-time and compound evaluation mode,then the drug supplier scoring mechanism could be established and the unqualified supplier could be pointed out.Based on the above,the evaluation model design of the drug supplier was completed.Results The model contributed to the enhancement of the scoring mechanism,the attitude of the supplier and the service quality.Conclusion The evaluation model reduces the dependence of the hospital on the drug supplier,and the informatized management of the supplier improves the stability and effectiveness of hospital drug supply.%目的:通过对药品供应商评估模型的设计,实现医院对药品供应商的有效约束和管理,保障医院药品的稳定供应.方法:将药品采购品种数、采购周期等列出计算公式,再结合药品外观、发票、滞销、断药等情况实行加减分机制,完成单次和复合2种评估模型的设计,建立药品供应商评分机制,列出不合格供应商,实现药品供应商评估模型设计.结果:该体系实施后,评分机制公平合理,药品供应商态度积极,服务质量得到提高,药品不合格和断药等现象明显减少,实现了设计的初衷.结论:药品供应商评估模型的设计,避免了医院在药品供应方面受制于药品供应商,运用信息化手段实现了对药品供应商的管理,有效促进了医院药品供应的稳定性和合理性.
