基层部队卫生装备管理使用现状及探讨

摘要

Both the survey in site and the literature reviewing reveal the lack of professional management staff,improper maintenance,and idling and high failure rate of medical equipment in military primary units.Combined with examples,the causes of the above phenomena are analyzed and the countermeasures are proposed in institutional management,professional training,regular maintenance and usage management at both peace and war time,which will be conductive to fully exert the efficiency of medical equipment in military primary units and improve the ability of medical service support.%通过实地考察与查阅文献的方式,总结了目前基层部队卫生装备管理与使用中存在的基层卫生机构缺乏卫生装备专业管理人员、卫生装备维护保养不到位、卫生装备闲置及故障率高的问题,并依据实例分析了产生这些问题的原因,提出了部队卫生装备制度化管理、专业化培训、常态化维护保养及平战结合使用的解决方案,有利于今后基层部队卫生装备最大限度地发挥其效能,从根本上提高了部队卫勤综合保障能力.
