电子查体单在乳腺检查中的应用价值研究

摘要

目的:解决乳腺检查过程中因临床查体不规范而引起的乳腺检查效率低的问题.方法:通过在乳腺检查过程中运用电子化的查体单来规范数据录入,简化检查流程,从而提高乳腺检查效率.结果:通过南方医院放射科使用电子查体单前后效果对比发现,电子查体单的使用明显缩短了患者乳腺检查时间,同时也解决了申请单的流转和保存问题.结论:在乳腺检查时,通过电子查体单的应用可以在规范和简化乳腺查体的基础上提高乳腺检查的效率.%Objective To solve the problems in breast examination due to improper procedure.Methhods The electronic examination sheet system was introduced to standardize data input and simply the examination flow.Results The trial by Radiology Department of Nanfang Hospital proved that the examination duration was shortened and the problems of sheet circulation and reserve were solved.Conclusion The electronic examination sheet system has the breast examination flow simplified and the efficiency enhanced.
