The importance and present situation of the acceptance in medical equipment procurement are discussed,thenits management is explored from the aspects of commerce,technology,training,archive,file and etc.It's suggested that the clinical engineering technicians enhance their abilities for the acceptance in medical equipment procurement.%论述了医疗设备引进过程中验收环节的重要性,分析了医疗设备验收工作的现状,并从商务、技术、培训、文档、档案等几个方面说明了医疗设备验收环节应重视的几个问题,最后指出创造性地开展医疗设备验收工作和验收研究工作、不断提高医疗设备验收工作能力和水平是临床工程技术人员的一项重要责任.
