To efficiently perform scheduling and acceptance management by reducing procedural burden on a responsible person and a visitor due to a series of procedures from schedule adjustment for setting a meeting to a meeting room reservation and acceptance.SOLUTION: An acceptance management device comprises: a storage unit in which meeting reservation information and visit reservation information including association between a responsible person and a visitor who will visit the responsible person are stored; an acquisition unit which acquires schedule information of the responsible person; an accepting unit which accepts transmission destination information for data to the visitor and input of a candidate date for setting a meeting; a generation unit which generates request information for schedule adjustment including the candidate date; a transmission unit which transmits the request information to a transmission destination indicated by the transmission destination information for the visitor; a reception unit which receives a settlement notification showing that a reservation for a meeting at the candidate date included in the request information is settled; and an acceptance processing unit which reserves and registers a vacant meeting room indicated by meeting room reservation information at the candidate date indicated by the settlement notification and updates the schedule information and the visit reservation information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
