一种便携式野战LED手术头灯的设计

摘要

目的:研制一种便携式野战LED手术头灯.方法:以大功率LED为点光源,采用可编程逻辑控制技术,智能锁定工作功率,始终保持亮度恒定;通过2个层次的光学设计,将LED的出射光线汇聚于手术照明区域内,光斑洁净均匀,聚焦效果好;采用人体工学设计的头带,结构精巧,无任何外接连线;灯头万向可调且定位稳定,配置有双目放大镜,可清晰放大物象;特殊设计的电源模块,防水防汗.结果:经测试,整台手术头灯结构精巧、舒适便携,光斑均匀、视场柔和,低耗高照、续航时间长,手术使用非常方便.结论:该手术头灯非常适用于野战卫勤,建议列装.%Objective To develop a field portable headlamp. Methods With the high-power LED as the point source, the programmable logic control technique was used to fix the working power, then the constant brightness was kept. Two-layer optical design made the rays from the LED focused in the operative area, with even light spot and high focus effect. The headband, with an ergonomic design and special structure and without any external cable, could be adjusted universally and fixed stably. The headlamp was equipped with the binocular magnifier and power module. Results The operating headlamp, with special structure, high portability, even light spot, soft visual field and long running time, could be used for the operation. Conclusion The operating headlamp is fit for field medical support and suggested to be listed into the military medical equipment system.
