医用设备电气安全检测与注意事项

摘要

Objective To reduce the risk of electric shock of the medical equipment, and to improve electrical safety performance and the safety of medical staffs and patients. Methods The parameters of the electrical safety were tested according to the specification with ES601 Tester. Results The qualitative check proved the safety of the equipment, and excessive ground impedance resulted in some unqualified indexes. Conclusion The safety and quality of medical equipment can be enhanced by daily maintenance and some improvements against the precautions.%目的:降低医用设备的电击风险,提高医疗设备电气安全性能和医护人员、患者的安全系数.方法:采用ES601电气安全检测仪,严格按照检测规范要求对电气安全的各项参数进行检测.结果:定性检查全部合格,不合格指标主要是由保护接地阻抗过大引起.结论:加强设备日常的维护保养,提出相应的使用注意事项和改进方法,可以大大提高设备的安全性及合格率.
