患者复查随访提示程序设计及实现

摘要

Objective To enhance follow-up efficiency,to facilitate the doctor to master the disease progression outside of the hospital and to reminder the patient for review.Methods A patient review and follow-up reminder program was developed with VB6.0 and Microsoft Access database,which was gifted with the functions of data adding,data deletion,data inquiry, prompting,automatic staring up at boot,background data backup of daily follow-up patient and etc.Results Trials proved that the program with high stability made the follow-up rate reach 98%,the doctor master the disease progression outside of the hospital and the patient acquainted with the nursing knowledge and review information. Conclusion The program improves the patient follow-up and thus promotes the treatment efficiency.%目的:提高随访工作效率,便于医生掌握患者院外病情发展情况,及时提醒患者复查,为患者康复打好基础.方法:利用微软Visual Basic 6.0程序编辑软件作为设计基础,配合微软Access数据库完成程序开发.程序主要实现增加、删除、查询、提示4项基本功能,并实现开机自动运行、后台备份当日回访患者、优秀病理备注等与工作紧密相关的功能.结果:经测试,程序运行安全稳定.使用后随访率达到98%以上,不仅让医生更加了解患者院外病情发展情况,更能让患者了解到出院后的护理知识和复查信息.结论:使用患者复查随访提示程序,解决了患者疗程中容易被疏忽的随访环节,同时大大提高了使用者的工作效率.
