This article aims to introduce the design ideas and contents of the second prize plan of the 2011 international student design competition of 2011 IFLA APR Congress. The project researches on the natural disasters and the characters of Laofengkou, Xinjiang Province. Based on the research, the dissertation focuses on the strategy of dealing with disasters using disasters. It made use of power of nature and gave rational guidance. Based on different effects on blowing snow, the design made rational guidance and interception of snow with wind on different kinds of trees. Making concentration and making use of the water which snow melt for soil improvement, the water holding capacity of soil is better and makes improvement on the situation of drought. It mainly combines managing disasters and landscape architecture design to deal with different problems on site. This project can bring ecological, social and economic benefits.%介绍了2011年IFLA亚太区学生设计竞赛中二等奖方案的主要内容.针对新疆老风口地区主要自然灾害及其特征,运用以灾治灾的双赢设计策略.设计利用自然本身能量,并合理引导.基于不同树种对于风吹雪的不同作用,利用风力将积雪进行合理的引导和拦截,将雪集中并利用雪融化后的大量水源改善土壤,增加其蓄水能力,从而进一步改善其干旱的状况.方案将治灾与景观塑造相结合,解决场地内的多重问题,实现生态、社会、经济等效益.
