基于景观生态学的矿区塌陷地再利用规划设计方法——以徐州九里区采煤塌陷地为例

         

摘要

在环境意识不断增强的今天,如何通过设计尽可能地减少对自然环境的负影响并增强其自我调节能力成为设计师所关心的 问题.许多资源型城市在矿藏资源枯竭后,在城市中或周边形成了大量的工业废弃地,这些废弃地的产生在一定程度上破坏了环境 的自我调节能力.通过对徐州九里区采煤塌陷地进行的再利用规划研究,从景观生态学的视角总结出塌陷地再利用规划的原则以及 基本技术手段,从而实现变负债为资产的目标,完善矿业城市生态格局与空间格局、实现资源型城市的可持续发展.%With the increasing environmental awareness, more and more designers concern how to reduce the negative impact on the natural environment through the planning design and enhance the self-regulation of the environment. There are many industrial wastelands after the resources were exhausted in the resource-based cities. The appearance of the wastelands damages the self-regulation of the environment. With literature searching and site survey, the process of wasteland re-use planning and its current issues are analyzed in Jiuli Mining Subsidence area, Xuzhou city. From the perspective of the landscape ecology, the authors summarized the principle and basic technical means of the mining subsidence area re-use planning to achieve the goal of changing liability as an asset and improve the ecological pattern and spatial pattern in mining urban, to achieve the sustainable development of resource-based cities.
