山地废弃采石场生态恢复治理与再利用规划模式探索--以《重庆四山地区关闭采石场再利用规划》为例

The mineral mountain mine have done a great contribution to city's construction and development, but the pollution and the destructed ecosystem from mining have become the focus of government and people. How to recover the ecosystem and make use of the closed quarry reasonably have become one of the important contents of the current city ecosystem construction. With the example of Chongqing four mountains closed quarry reuse planning, this paper analyzes the problems of the closed quarry, putting forward the mode and the instauration of the closed quarry. Then according to the location, environmental condition, the limit requirements in different areas and quarry condition, reuse types are put forward, including ecological rehabilitation, landscape reconstruction, travel and leisure, water conservation, comprehensive utilization and so on. The paper further explores ways to establish closed quarry ecological management measures and reuse, and provide clear guidance in the form of planning guidelines.%矿山开采曾为城市建设与发展作出了较大贡献，然而开采后所造成的环境污染及生态破坏，已成为政府及民众关注的焦点。如何恢复关闭矿山的生态景观环境和合理利用关闭采石场用地成为当前城市生态环境建设的重要内容之一。结合《重庆市四山地区关闭采石场再利用规划》，分析废弃采石场现状存在的问题，探索提出山地关闭采石场土地再利用的模式与恢复治理措施，即根据废弃采石场所处的管制区区位、环境条件、不同区域对土地利用的限制要求，以及采石场自身状况，提出再利用类型，包括生态复绿型、景观再造型、旅游休闲型、水源涵养型、综合利用型等。再根据采石场的土地再利用类型与方案，进一步细化制定关闭采石场生态治理与再利用措施，并以规划导则的形式加以明确与固化指导。
