老工业基地转型发展路径探索——以徐州市创建国家生态园林城市为例

摘要

Xuzhou is the famous old industrial base,a resource-exhausted city,and the urban ecological environment has been severely damaged.Through the creation of a national ecological garden city,it is aimed to strengthen planning guidance,improve the security system,strengthen the control of city space,the implementation of city ecological restoration,perfect the green system layout,enhance the comprehensive function of green space,and effectively improve the city environment quality,the formation of significant local characteristics.Thus,Xuzhou successfully achieved the transformation and upgrading of old industrial city development,and successfully passed the national ecological garden city assessment,became the first named "national ecological garden city".The systematic study on the path and experience of the successful establishment of the national ecological garden city in Xuzhou is of demonstration and reference to similar cities in China.%徐州市是全国闻名的老工业基地,是资源枯竭型城市,城市生态环境曾遭受严重破坏.通过创建国家生态园林城市、强化规划引领、健全保障体系、加强城市空间管控、实施城市生态修复、完善绿地系统布局、提升绿地综合功能,以及有效改善城市人居环境质量等手段,形成了显著的地方特色,实现了老工业城市的转型升级与发展,并顺利通过国家生态园林城市评估考核,成为首批“国家生态园林城市”.系统研究徐州市成功创建国家生态园林城市的路径和经验,对中国同类城市具有示范和借鉴意义.
