米尔贝肟对感染性犬蛔虫卵作用的试验研究

         

摘要

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of milbemycin oxime on infectious Toxocara eggs in vivo in different concentrations at different time. After being coacted with different concentrations of milbemycin oxime, infectious Toxocara eggs (about 1 000 eggs) were orally infected to mice. Three and five days post-inoculation (p. i. ), mice were killed by cervical dislocation, respectively. The lungs were removed to record the macroscopic and histopathological injury. In results, the lung of mice inoculated by infectious Toxocara eggs with low concentration of milbemycin oxime (10-7g/mL) for 12 hours showed obvious macroscopic lesions, while no lesions were found in the high concentration of milbemycin oxime (10-5 and 10-6g/mL). It indicated that milbemycin oxime could make infectious Toxocara eggs lose its infection.%目的 研究不同浓度的米尔贝肟在不同作用时间对感染性犬蛔虫卵的影响,并通过体内试验进行评估.方法 感染性犬蛔虫卵与不同浓度的米尔贝肟作用后,灌服小鼠(约1 000个虫卵).感染3d、5d后对小鼠进行剖检,观察肺脏损害情况并进行病理观察.结果 感染3d和5d后,灌服低浓度药物(10-7 g/mL)且作用12h虫卵的小鼠,肺脏呈明显病变.而高浓度药物(10-6、10-5 g/mL)作用相同时间,肺脏病变轻微甚至无变化.结论 米尔贝肟可使感染性犬蛔虫卵失去感染性.
