山羊痘病毒检测方法研究进展

摘要

就山羊痘病毒分离鉴定、电镜观察、ELISA 试验、琼脂扩散试验、免疫荧光抗体试验、PCR试验等检测方法进行了综述,以期为山羊痘病毒的实验室诊断提供参考.%This paper reviewed the detection methods of goat pox virus including virus isolation and identification, electron microscopy observation, ELISA test, agar diffusion test, immunofluorescence antibody test, PCR test, and so on,in order to provide reference for experimental diagnosis of goat pox virus.
