目的 探讨超声弹性成像对浅表软组织良恶性肿块的鉴别诊断价值.方法 应用超声弹性成像技术对48例患者共67个浅表软组织肿块进行检查,对弹性图进行分析并分级,将弹性图分级结果 与手术病理结果 作对比.结果 浅表软组织良性肿块的弹性分级以0～Ⅱ级多见,而恶性肿块的弹性分级以Ⅲ～Ⅳ级多见,良恶性肿块之间弹性分级的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).以Ⅲ级作为鉴别浅表软组织良恶性肿块的诊断界点,超声弹性成像鉴别诊断浅表软组织良恶性肿块的敏感性、特异性和准确性分别为85.71%、86.96%和86.57%.结论超声弹性成像为鉴别诊断浅表软组织良恶性肿块提供了一个新的方法 ,有助于浅表软组织肿块良恶性的鉴别.%Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasonic elastography in differentiating benign and malignant superficial soft tissue tumors. Methods Forty-eight patients with 67 superficial soft tissue tumors were examined by ultrasonic elastography. The elastograms were analyzed and classified. The results of elasticity grades were compared with the pathology. Results Most of the elasticity grades in benign superficial soft tissue tumors covered grade 0 to II . Whereas most of the elasticity grades in malignant tumors covered grade III to IV. The elasticity grades were statistically different between benign and malignant tumors(P<0. 05). If the cut-off value of the elasticity grades was equal or more than grade III , the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of ultrasonic elastography in differentiating superficial soft tissue tumors was 85. 71% . 86. 96% , 86. 57% > respectively. Conclusions Ultrasonic elastography is a new valuable ultrasonography method in differentiating benign and malignant superficial soft tissue tumors.
