目的 彩超引导下使用Mammotome微创系统对含钙化的乳腺病灶进行切除和活检,评价其临床应用价值.方法 在彩色超声多普勒引导下对42处含钙化的乳腺病灶进行微创旋切,切除后的组织进行病理学检查.结果 42处病灶均在超声监测下切除,术后病理诊断良性病灶22例,包括乳腺纤维瘤13例,乳腺腺病7例,导管内乳头状瘤1例,乳腺脂肪坏死并钙化1例,20例恶性病变中浸润性导管癌17例,导管原位癌3例.结论 超声引导下Mammotome微创系统对含钙化灶乳腺病变的切除具有重要的临床应用价值,尤其是对于临床触诊阴性的含钙化的乳腺病灶.%Objective To evaluate the application of ultrasound guided Mammotome minimally invasive biopsy device in the diagnosis and treatment of calcifications in the breast lesions. Methods Fourty two lesions were excisioned by sonographically guided Mammotome biopsy device,the resected specimens were sent for pathologic examination. Results Twenty two lesions were diagnosed as benign lesions including 13 fibroadenoma, 7 adenosis, 1 ductal papilloma and 1 fat necrosis with calcifications. the lesions diagnosed as malignant including 17 invasive ductal carcinoma and 3 ductal carcinoma in situ. Conclusions Ultrasound guided Mammotome minimally invasive biopsy is a useful tool in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of calcifications in the breast lesions, especially for those non-palpabled leslobs.
