特发性腹膜后纤维化的超声表现及临床研究

摘要

Objective To explore the ultrasonic and clinical manifestation of idiopathic retroperitoneal fibrosis, conduce to make a definite diagnose early. Methods The clinical symptom, ultrasonic manifestation and clinical treatment of 50 cases of idiopathic retroperitoneal fibrosis were analysed by retrospective review. Results 31 cases(62%) in all patients appeared abdominal or lumbar discomfort,29 cases (58%) were found hydronephrosis only on sonogra-phy;14 cases(28%) were found hydronephrosis together with hypoechoic mass located at retroperitoneum and most masses wrapped around the abdominal aorta without clear margins; 35(70%)cases were treated with surgery,8 cases (16%)treated with drainage or medication. Conclusions Ultrasonography is useful for diagnosing idiopathic retroperitoneal fibrosis early and for guidance of clinical treatment.%目的 探讨特发性腹膜后纤维化(idiopathic retroperitoneal fibrosis,IRPF)的超声及临床表现,提高该病的早期发现率.方法 回顾性分析我院50例IRPF病例,对其临床症状,声像图特征及治疗措施进行分析研究.结果 50例中31例(62％)表现为腰腹部胀痛；29例(58％)超声仅显示肾积水及输尿管扩张,14例(28％)超声显示肾积水合并腹膜后条形不规则低回声,包绕腹膜后脏器或血管；35例(70％)患者行手术治疗,8例(16％)患者口服药物或内置引流管治疗.结论 超声检查可早期发现IRPE,能为后续诊断治疗提供重要信息.
