Objective To see the quality of articles in Chinese on the diagnosis of breast cancer by ultrasound in recent 5 years by the Quality Assessment of Diagnostic Accuracy Studies (QUADAS). Methods Published articles in Chinese of breast cancer by ultrasound in recent 5 years were included. The 14 criteria of the QUADAS were used to assess the included studies. Results By the criteria of QUADAS, all of the diagnostic studies regarded pathologic diagnosis as gold standard. The defects included incomplete case spectrum, inadequate sample size of case group and control group, lack of repeatability of ultrasonic and pathologic examination and cases difficult to define or missed diagnosis by ultrasound did not elaborate. Conclusion's The shortages of current studies on the diagnosis of breast cancer by ultrasound should be improved.%目的 以国际诊断类文献的质量评价(QUADAS)标准为准则,了解我国近5年超声诊断乳腺癌的相关文献质量.方法 收集近5年来超声诊断乳腺癌的相关中文文献.按照QUADAS的14条标准进行系统评价.结果 按照QUADAS系统评价标准,所有研究文献都以病理诊断作为金标准,其研究缺陷主要表现在样本含量不足、病例组和对照组的病理类型不全,超声和病理检查缺乏重复性,对超声难以定性或漏诊病例缺乏详细说明.结论 当前超声诊断乳腺癌的文献应加以改进.
