先天性十二指肠梗阻的产前超声表现与预后关系分析

摘要

目的 探讨先天性十二指肠梗阻(DUO)患儿的产前超声表现与预后的关系.方法 收集53例DUO患儿的临床资料、预后及产前超声表现(胃泡及十二指肠的宽径、羊水指数等).依据随访结局分为A组13例(不良结局组)、B组40例(无不良结局组),比较A、B两组间的产前超声表现.结果 (1)产前胃泡、十二指肠宽径及羊水指数均与孕周呈正相关,胃泡与十二指肠宽径比值在各孕周中较为恒定;(2)A组的胃泡及十二指肠宽径均大于B组,但差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);两组间羊水指数及产前首次发现异常的孕周无明显差异(P＞0.05).结论 胃泡、十二指肠宽径及羊水指数等产前超声表现与预后无明显关系.%Objective To investigate the relationship between the prognosis of congenital duodenal obstruction (DUO) and the prenatal ultrasonographic features.Methods The clinical data,prognosis and prenatal ultrasonographic findings (the width of the stomach and the duodenum,the amniotic fluid index) were collected in 53 children with DUO.According to the follow-up outcome,13 cases were divided into A group (adverse outcomes) and 40 cases were divided into B group (no adverse outcome),and the prenatal ultrasonic manifestations between the group A and B were compared.Results (1) The width of gastric and duodenal bulb and AFI were positively correlated with gestational age,stomachs' and duodenums' width ratio is constant in each gestational week.(2) The stomach's and the duodenum's width of group A were higher than B group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P＞0.05);AFI and the first gestational weeks of found abnormal are found no significant difference among the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusions The prenatal ultrasonic findings such as AFI,the width of the stomach and the duodenum with DUO have no relation with prognosis.
