单纯依赖超声心动图引导并监测动脉导管未闭经皮介入治疗的应用

摘要

目的 探讨单纯采用超声心动图引导并监测动脉导管未闭(PDA)经皮介入治疗的经验及方法,及其可行性与有效性.方法 选取在我院就诊的单纯PDA患者84例,所有患者均行经胸超声心动图(TTE)引导下经皮行PDA封堵术,术后多次超声心动图随诊.结果 所有患者均在超声心动图引导下完成经皮PDA封堵术,顺利出院.平均随访3.6个月,均无残余分流及严重并发症.结论 TTE引导下经皮动脉导管未闭封堵术避免放射及开胸损伤,可以安全、有效地治疗PDA,具有较好的可行性.%Objective To summarize the experience and skills of transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) in percutaneous closure of patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) and discuss the feasibility and safeness of this procedure.Methods 84 PDA patients were recruited in this study.Percutaneous closure of PDA guided by TTE was performed in all patients.And repeated TTE follow-up and clinical visits were performed in all patients.Results All patients successfully underwent percutaneous PDA closure,and recovered well.During a mean 3.6 months follow-up,no arterial-level shunts or severe complications were present.Conclusions Percutaneous closure of PDA guided by TTE not only could avoid X-ray irradiation and operative wounds,but also treat PDA safely and effectively.
