2017 EACVI临床实践建议解读:心脏超声造影检查

摘要

2017年9月,欧洲心血管影像协会发布了《心脏超声造影的临床实践建议》.心脏超声造影检查在心血管疾病的临床诊断和治疗中已经得到了广泛的应用.造影剂的安全性也得到了证实.心脏超声造影除了可以评价心脏结构和功能外,还可以进行心肌灌注,评估心腔内占位性病变等.%In September 2017,EACVI has been published "Clinical practice of contrast echocardiography:recommendation by the European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging." Echocardiography has been widely used in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.The safety of contrast agents has been addressed in large patient population.The use of contrast in echocardiography has now extended beyond cardiac structure and function assessment to evaluation of perfusion both of the myocardium and of the intracardiac structures.
