诊断用B型超声对胚胎绒毛组织的影响

摘要

经腹对40例宫内胚胎绒毛组织进行不同时间辐照后,获得其超声下宫内妊娠囊大体形态变化及光、电镜下绒毛超微结构变化.结果发现:超声下观察持续辐照首先可见妊娠囊收缩,绒毛板呈细锯齿状,变厚,回声偏高,之后妊娠囊与宫壁间可见无回声带,囊壁毛糙,胎芽轻微蠕动,胎心节律变化.A组(照射5分钟)病理组织学变化不明显.B、C、D组(照射10、20、30分钟)绒毛上皮细胞出现不同程度损坏,胞体大,水肿,变性,坏死,核固缩,疏电子性.病理组织的变化程度说明了超声辐照时音越长,其组织破坏程度越显著.早期妊娠保留者,应适当充盈膀胱,尽可能一次完成不可以短时间内反复辐照.在观察某一固定区域时一次连续辐照时间应限于1分钟为妥,完成全部操作限于5分钟以内.%Under the different time of ultrasonic examination the ultrastructure of the pregnant cyst and villi tissues of 40 cases of embryo were studied.We have found that the longer time of the B-ultrasound examines,the more obvious of the villi tissues change.The change of group A within 5 minutes radiation is not obvious.The villi epithelium cells of group B、C and D for 10、20 and 30 minutes radiation are swelling、degenerating and necrotic.So we should inform that the woman who continues pregnacy would be full of their bladders and the time of ultrasonic examinauon would be short,avoiding repeated radiation.It is very safe that the B-ultrasound examination lasted for 5 minutes and the observation for a fixed area would be limited within 1 minute.
