经静脉注射新型声学造影剂和三维超声rn观察兔VX2肝癌的实验研究

摘要

目的评价经外周静脉注射新型声学造影剂和三维超声成像两项新技术观察肝癌的价值。方法 VX2肝癌兔16只,新型声学造影剂FX530经耳缘静脉团注。造影后三维超声成像的方法有三种:方法Ⅰ为使用 Voluson 530D三维超声成像仪间断观察法观察并采集肿瘤的组织灰阶图像;方法Ⅱ和方法Ⅲ为使用彩色多普勒能量图分别以间断观察法和连续观察法观察,Echo-Scan三维工作站自由扫查采集图像。经后处理后重建肿瘤三维图像。结果方法Ⅰ重建的肿瘤为低回声球体形,经色相反转后为高回声,肿瘤的表面特征明显。方法Ⅱ重建的肿瘤呈“球体形的空洞”,图像柔和细腻。方法Ⅲ重建的是由微小血管构筑的肿瘤图像。结论造影三维超声可更细致地观察肝癌的特征。%Objective To assess the value of study of rabbit VX2 hepatic tumors by 3-dimensional ultrasound (3-DUS) and intravenous injection of a new generation of ultrasonographic contrast agent of FX530. Methods The animal models of VX2 hepatic carcinomas of 16 rabbits were prepared. Three methods were used for 3-dimensional reconstruction after intravenous administration of FX530. Method Ⅰ acquired data of grey-scale imaging of the tumors by the instrument of Voluson 530D. Method Ⅱ and Ⅲ acquired the data of color Doppler energy imaging of the tumors using free-hand scanning of 3-dimensional work station of Echo-Scan. The intermittent observation was used for method Ⅰ and Ⅱ after injection.Results The tumors showed as hypoechoic (hyperechoic after color reversion) sphere on 3-DUS when reconstructed by method Ⅰ, and their surface characteristics were displayed. They looked like “globular cavity” with clear stereoscopic contour while reconstructed by method Ⅱ. Method Ⅲ reconstructed the tumors as full “shell of vessels”.Conclusions Contrast enhanced 3-DUS could more clearly show the characteristics of the hepatic carcinoma.
