浅谈动调轴流风机主轴承装配清洁度差的原因及措施

The poor cleanliness is one of the reasons causing main bearing damage in AP axial fan. The reason of causing poor cleanliness of lubricating oil was analyzed from the six points, such as lubricating oil, filter, operation environment and so on. Some suggestions and solutions for improving cleanliness of circulating oil in bearing wasproposed.%本文提出动调轴流风机主轴承损坏的原因之一，是清洁度较差。从润滑油、过滤器及使用环境等六个方面分析了润滑油清洁度下降的原因，并给出了提高轴承箱装配组部循环油路清洁度的措施和建议。
