采用羟胺氧化法对橡胶树胶乳中黄色体产生O的速率进行研究,结果表明反应体系中需加入一定浓度的Ca2+,并且也要控制适宜的温度与pH值。研究结果还表明,部分死皮树胶乳中黄色体产生O的速度大于正常树。%The superoxide anion radicals generation rate of lutoid in latices of rubber trees was studied using hydroxylamine oxidization method. The results showed that certain concentration of Ca2+ must be added in the reaction medium and suitable temperature and pH value must be kept. Further investigations showed that the O generation rate of lutoid from partial dry bark trees was higher than that from health trees.
