Liquid culture of Bacillus subtilis CS16 strain was precipitated by HC1, and extracted with mechanol. The crude extract was stable in the treatment of high temperature and ultravioient, and was also stable in organic solvents and wide pH range of methanol. The crude extract was then purified by medium -pressure liquid chromatography. The thin-layer chromatography analysis indicated that the inhibition substance was polyhenols.%枯草芽孢杆菌CS16发酵液经盐酸沉淀,甲醇抽提得到粗提物,稳定性试验结果表明,抑菌物质在pH2~11较稳定,对温度、紫外、有机溶剂耐受力较好.利用中压液相色谱得到较纯的抑菌物质,薄层层析后显色分析表明,该抑菌物质初步可以确定为酚类物质.
