低温胁迫对橡胶湛试327-13幼苗叶片生理特性的影响

     

摘要

The present experiment was conducted to study the physiological and biochemical parameters related to low-temperature resistance in the leaves of two rubber seedlings, zhanshi 327-13 and GT1. The plants were treated with 10 and 6. The results showed that, compared with the normal temperature 15℃ (control) , the activities of POD in rubber seedlings with low-temperature treatments increased; SOD activity increased of Zhanshi 327-13, but decreased initially and then increased of GT1; CAT activity had a reverse trend between Zhanshi 327-13 and GT1; soluble sugar with low-temperature treatments increased initially, then decreased followed; soluble protein content increased of Zhanshi 327-13 and increased initially and then decreased of GT1; relative conductivity did not vary much. It was concluded that the cold resistance of variety Zhanshi 327-13 was higher than that of variety GT1.%以橡胶树新品系湛试327-13和GT1芽接袋装苗为试材,利用人工气候箱设计10、6℃低温胁迫处理对橡胶幼苗叶片的抗寒生理生化指标进行测试分析.结果表明:与对照相比,湛试327-13的SOD活性表现为上升趋势,而GT1表现为先降后升趋势;湛试327-13和GT1幼苗叶片的POD活性均表现为逐渐上升的变化趋势,而2个品种的CAT活性呈现相反的变化趋势,可溶性糖含量变化表现为先升后降的趋势;湛试327-13的可溶性蛋白含量变化表现为上升趋势,而GT1表现为先升后降的趋势;2个品种的相对电导率变化相对较小.综合以上指标的分析结果表明,湛试327-13的抗寒性比GT1的强.
