MYB44是植物典型的R2R3-MYB转录因子,在不同物种间基因结构保守,可转录调控植物对干旱和盐等胁迫的抵抗能力.笔者总结了MYB44的结构特征,着重阐述MYB44转录因子在逆境响应中的调控机制与应用现状,并对HbMYB44在橡胶树抗逆研究中的应用进行了展望.%MYB44 was a typical plant R2R3-MYB transcription factor, and its gene structure was conserved in different plant species. MYB44 could regulate plant resistance to drought and salt stress. The structural characteristics of MYB44 were summarized, with an emphasis on the regulation mechanism and application status of MYB44 transcription factor in stress response, and a prospect for application of HbMYB44 in the study of stress resistance of Hevea brasiliensis was put forward.
